This Privacy Policy applies to the My Space application (“the Service”), the Telegram bot and related services operated by My Space. It explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information, including data received from Google when you connect your Google account.

Information we collect

Google user data we collect

When you connect your Google account to My Space, we access and store Google user data only as necessary to provide calendar and meeting features. The data we collect from Google is limited to what you have authorized:

• Calendar read-only access: calendar event titles, start and end times, and related metadata so we can show your meetings and events in the bot.
• OAuth tokens (access and refresh) so we can retrieve your calendar data at your request.

We do not collect or request any other Google user data beyond what is needed for these features.

How we use information

We use your data, including Google user data, solely to provide and improve the Service:

• To deliver bot functionality, reminders, and notifications.
• To display your calendar events and meetings when you connect Google Calendar.
• To operate integrations (e.g. Google, Microsoft) only for the features you enable.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
• To communicate service updates or support.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, building user databases, determining credit-worthiness, lending, or training AI/ML models. Our use is limited to providing and improving the My Space application’s functionality.

Sharing, transfer, and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data or Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose your information, including Google user data, to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving the Service. We may share data only with providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g. Telegram, Google APIs, Microsoft) and only to the extent required for the features you use. We do not share Google user data with data brokers, information resellers, or for targeted or interest-based advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your personal information, including Google user data, for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver the Service and as consistent with the purposes described in this policy. We will retain it only for the length of time needed to fulfill those purposes unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. When the retention period expires or you request deletion, we will delete or destroy such data.

You may request that your data, including Google user data, be deleted at any time by contacting us at https://t.me/myspaceio_bot or through the bot. We will process deletion requests in line with our procedures and applicable law.

Data protection and security

We implement security procedures and technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your data, including Google user data. We use industry-standard practices and restrict access to data to those who need it to operate the Service. No system can guarantee 100% security; we work to keep your data safe and to respond to incidents appropriately.

Your choices

• You can stop using the bot at any time by blocking it in Telegram.
• You can revoke Google or Microsoft access at any time from your account or provider settings.
• You can request data export or deletion by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we change how we access, use, store, or share Google user data or other personal data, we will notify users (e.g. via the bot or on this page) and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
